Is the Acorn 130 the right model?
It is the right starting point if:
- Your staircase is straight, with no bend, curve or half-landing.

What it is like to use
- Folding design. The seat, armrests and footrest fold up, keeping the staircase clear for everyone else.
- Swivel seat. The seat turns at the top so you step off onto the landing rather than onto the stairs.
- Simple controls. A rocker or toggle control on the arm, plus remote controls so the lift can be called to either end.
- Safety sensors. Obstruction sensors stop the lift if something is in the way; a seatbelt is fitted as standard.
- Battery power. Charging points on the rail mean the lift keeps working during a power cut.

- The length of the staircase, which sets the rail length.
- Any overrun needed at the top or bottom.
